Allison didn't just build a gym. She built a sisterhood. A registered nurse turned fitness entrepreneur, she brings a rare combination of clinical knowledge and elite coaching to every single class.

She believes one thing above everything else: taking care of yourself isn't selfish — it's necessary. In 2017, she opened CORElogix with a mission to empower women at every level to discover strength they didn't know they had. Nine years and hundreds of transformations later, that mission shows up in every rep, every class, every high-five.
